Luxevita Construction Ltd ("Luxevita," "we," "us," or "our") is a renovation and construction company based in North Vancouver, British Columbia, serving North Vancouver, West Vancouver, and the Greater Vancouver area. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our website at luxevita.ca (the "Site"), request a quote through our online form, contact us by phone or email, or otherwise engage our services.

We are committed to handling personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (BC PIPA).

2. Personal Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Through Our Quote Request Form

When you submit a quote request through the Site, we collect the information you enter, which may include:

• Your first and last name;
• Your email address;
• Your phone number (optional);
• Your general location or municipality (optional);
• The service you are interested in; and
• Any details you choose to share about your project, property, timeline, or budget in the message field.

Please share only the information needed for us to understand your project. We ask that you do not include sensitive personal information (such as financial account numbers or government identification numbers) in the message field.

2.2 Information Collected When You Contact Us Directly

If you call, text, or email us, we collect the contact details and project information you provide during those communications so we can respond to you and prepare your estimate.

2.3 Technical Information

Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may automatically record limited technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and the date and time of access. This information is used for site security, troubleshooting, and understanding general site usage. Our Site loads web fonts from Google Fonts, which may involve your browser sending a standard request (including your IP address) to Google's servers to deliver the font files.

3. How We Use Your Information

We collect, use, and disclose personal information only for purposes that a reasonable person would consider appropriate in the circumstances, including to:

• Respond to your quote request and communicate with you about your project;
• Prepare, deliver, and follow up on written estimates;
• Schedule site visits, consultations, and project work;
• Perform and administer contracts for renovation and construction services;

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not use the information you submit through the quote form for third-party marketing, and we will not add you to a marketing mailing list without your separate, explicit consent.

By submitting the quote request form and checking the consent box, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of the information you provide for the purposes described in this Policy. Where you contact us directly by phone or email, your consent to be contacted back regarding your inquiry is implied by that communication.

You may withdraw your consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice, by contacting us using the details in Section 12. If you withdraw consent, we may be unable to provide you with a quote or continue providing services.

5. How Quote Form Submissions Are Processed

Our online quote form is processed by Formspree, a third-party form-handling service, which securely transmits your submission to our business email. Formspree may process and temporarily store submission data on servers located outside of Canada, including in the United States, and handles that data in accordance with its own privacy policy, available at formspree.io. By submitting the form, you acknowledge that your information may be processed outside of Canada, where it may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.

Our email is hosted by a third-party email provider (Google / Gmail), which may also store data on servers outside of Canada.

6. Disclosure of Personal Information

We do not disclose your personal information to third parties except:

• Service providers: such as the form-processing and email services described above, and — where relevant to your project — subcontractors or trades who need limited contact and project information to perform work you have engaged us for;
• Legal requirements: where disclosure is required or permitted by law, such as in response to a court order, subpoena, or lawful request by a government authority; and
• Business protection: where reasonably necessary to enforce our agreements, collect amounts owing, or protect our legal rights.

7. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and to meet legal, accounting, tax, warranty, and insurance requirements. Quote requests that do not lead to a project are generally deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period. Records relating to completed projects are retained for the periods required by applicable law in British Columbia.

8. Safeguards

We protect personal information with safeguards appropriate to its sensitivity, including secure (HTTPS) transmission on our Site, access limited to those who need the information for the purposes described in this Policy, and password-protected business systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security; however, we take reasonable steps to protect your information against loss, theft, and unauthorized access.

9. Cookies & Analytics

Our Site does not currently use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. If we add analytics tools in the future, we will update this Policy and, where required, request your consent. Essential technical data described in Section 2.3 is processed on the basis of legitimate operation and security of the Site.

Subject to limited exceptions under PIPEDA and BC PIPA, you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you;
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;
• Withdraw your consent to our use of your information; and

Our Site and services are directed at adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of majority in British Columbia. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
